1. A Head Teacher;
2. Up to three full-time, UK-qualified Teachers;
3. Two full-time, trained Teaching Assistants to support learning in Nursery/Reception and Y1/Y2/Y3.

For the academic year 2008-2009, with the introduction of the IBO Curriculum and the planned introduction of a Middle School, there will be up to thirteen teachers in addition to the Head.

Weekly/fortnightly staff meetings are held to discuss policies and teaching strategies.
